Breathing for Health: Weekly Classes
Due the popularity of our Breathing for Health 3-Part Workshops, we now offer the same material weekly.
Combining breathing and movement we can relax the body, refresh the mind, and speed up healing.
These breathing exercises help to increase mobility and develop strength gently with the ultimate aim of moving better and easier in everyday life.
- Every Monday & Thursday 4:30 - 5:30 pm
- $5 for Taijiquan / Systema students & clinic patients
- $10 for everyone else
Everyone is welcomed. Participants should feel comfortable sitting and lying down on the floor.
